Preventative wellness and helping people optimize their health have always been passions of mine. I can’t wait to share practical wellness education, healthy-living tips, and information to help you make more informed choices for yourself and your family.
And there’s even more coming! Fitness is another major part of my life, but that deserves a post of its own. I’ll be sharing my weight-loss tips, helping women over 40 work toward their health and weight goals, and maybe even bringing a little bodybuilding to the farm. I also can’t wait to show you our farm gym once it’s finished!
